• The global, desktop, mobile, and tablet responsiveness buttons are unclickable for me no matter what I set my screen size to or how I adjust the internal CSS properties of the buttons to make them easier to click. I can click on one line of pixels on the tablet button and I cannot return to the global button or any other button. Thanks for any help.

    Hi there,

We checked on your side and it seems to be working just fine. Can you let us know what plugins and theme are you using so we could try to reproduce this on our end? Thank you so much! 🙂

    Sorry for the late reply.

We’re using Massive Dynamic as the theme.

Plugins: Advanced CSS Editor, Advanced Custom Fields, Advanced Custom Fields: Font Awesome, Autoptimize, Beaver Builder Booster, Classic Editor, Clear Cache For Me, Contact Form 7, Debug Bar, Debug Bar Console, Debug Bar Cron, Developer, Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights, Log Deprecated Notices, Log Viewer, Master Slider Pro, MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress, Ninja Forms, Ninja Popups, Our Team Showcase, Per page head, Query Monitor, Rewrite Rules Inspector, Simple Custom CSS and JS, Slider Revolution, Styleguide – Custom Fonts and Colors, SVG Support, TablePress, Theme Check, User Switching, WPBakery Page Builder

I imagine that 95% of these are not affecting it and that only a few are causing the issue. Thanks in advance.

    Hey there,

Can you install the Health Check plugin and use that plugin to deactivate all your plugins and see which one, in particular, is causing it?

With Health Check, you can debug this issue without affecting your sites for your users.

Let me know if it works. 🙂

It was the Massive Dynamic theme causing it as the default customizer lets me use it perfectly so thank you so much. I still have no idea then how to use Advanced CSS Editor using the theme I want to use as I don’t believe the properties carry over into other themes.

Yea, unfortunately, the data is saved in the theme and not the plugin, as most people change their CSS once they update the theme — also, honestly, because we didn’t think this thru when making the plugin. 🙂

I hope my honesty pleases you. 😀
