 * For some reason the new screen-reader-response div is visible above my form after
   submitting. I can just hide it with css, but wondered if this was meant to be
   this way? I already have some response text that shows near the submit button
   so this looks strange seeing it twice.

 * I maybe unloaded the custom css sometime ago, so could that be the issue?

 * I am also seeing this behavior. No modifications have been made to the plugin
   since it is a fresh plugin install. The CSS just isn’t loading, any suggestions?
