Screen reader and accessibility

Using a screen reader on Windows (narrator) it is not possible to read mails (in Outlook) that have been sent by MailPoet. Only the contained HTML links are read. It would work if you explicitly select text. But blind people are usually not able to do that. So basically MailPoet is useless in that context.
MailPoet is a great tool and we would like to continue using it. But it would be even better if you improve your support for screen readers.
