# Screen Options Tab Missing

 * I cannot locate the screen options tab. It’s not in the far top right of the 
   screen near the new posts tab. I’ve read that it should be located there.
 * Help would be much appreciated!

 * I am having the same problem, on both my custom themes and on the Twenty Ten 
   standard theme. Anyone have any ideas? I need to add custom fields to my posts
   and in my other blog I easily managed that with the screen options tab.

 * I too have the same issue. I have to add excerpts but could not locate the screen
   options tab. I had used that earlier though…

 * Having the same problem. Instead of a creen options tab, there’s a big banner
   for jetpack.

 * That’s exactly what I see, the jetpack banner?? I know can’t add thumbnails to
   my posts because I used custom fields. Ahhh. Anyone have any idea? PLEASE 🙂

 * Alright folks just found this post ([http://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-access-to-screen-options-and-help](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-access-to-screen-options-and-help))
 * Go into Plugins and disable JetPack, this got rid of the banner and got my screen
   options back 🙂 Phew!
