Screen options changed?

    Hi, I use Classica WordPress theme for a number of my sites. However I have recently installed WP Customer Reviews on 2 of these websites and it seems to have edited my Screen Options and as I result I no longer have an ‘Images’ option under Screen Options and cannot easily upload new portfolio items!!! Help much appreciated as by editing some of the portfolio titles this morning my images have now disappeared on a live website!

    FYI when I deactivate the plugin the options come back so I know it is definitely the plugin that is effecting the Images under Screen Options.
