    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    It’s been a while since we heard from you, so we’re checking if you were able to resolve the issue on your end. If not, we’d appreciate it if you could share with us the SSR as my colleague requested above.

    Additionally, I’d recommend conflict testing just in case the issue is being brought about by a plugin/theme conflict with WooCommerce. Here’s the conflict testing guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
