# Screen goes blank during payment processing

 * Love the plugin but notice that when Paypal is is processing a bank card payment,
   the screen goes completely white.
 * This presumably happens when the cistoers bank is approving the payment. This
   is most unsettling as there is no spinning wheel or any indiaction that the process
   is progressing. The process can take 10 to 14 seconds before the order confirmation
   page appears with details of the order number.
 * Is there any way that something can appear on the screen to say that something
   like “Please wait” or “Contacting your bank” or “Applying for Payment Approval”?

 * Can you please share the screen video record of the complete payment process 
   including the blank page so that we can follow the same steps and try replicating
   it? Also, please switch the plugin to sandbox mode so that we can test the issue
   on your site.

    Thanks for responding. I have created the sand box mode now and it seems
   to be behaving better.

 * I am getting another error now:
 * It says **UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY – The specified country requires a postal code**
 * I have tried all the various options for selling to location but error persists.
   
   Hopefully it should be easy as I am UK based and sell only into the UK. Here

 * Did a lot more testing and it looks like the problem is related to the so-called“
   smart buttons”. When I turn them off, the process works correctly.
