 * Hi, the plugin is missing the following Scottish counties:
 * Inverness
   NairnshireBanffshireKincardineshireCaithnessSutherlandRoss and Cromarty
 * I think they’re meant to be covered by Highland but it doesn’t work that way.

 * Could you define “doesn’t work that way”?
 * Do you propose to replace the ‘Scotland / Highlands’ entry with those or add 
   them instead?
