# Scheduler doesn't work

 * hello there thanks for the great plugin, I just have one question, I’ve tried
   to create a new schedule which to run every 10mins but seems not working any 
   clue? I’m using a multisite and plugin is activated only to the parent site.

 * Thanks for your message. I presume you have setup the cron tab and that is working
   properly? Please can you screenshot your cron configuration for me?

    well I’m actually using a windows OS to
   run this cronjob but I’m not so sure if windows can read a crontab command.

 * I just tested it and it says **crontab: command not found**. I’m new with this
   stuffs so any idea how to fix this? thank you so much!

 * by the way when I setup a schedule to run the cronjob every minute I saw this
   [https://qsnapnet.com/snaps/3jrjd021vedpwrk](https://qsnapnet.com/snaps/3jrjd021vedpwrk)
   and it seems not correct because it was 5:23 PM when I set the cronjob so it 
   supposed to be running on 5:24 PM instead of the time set as shown to the image
