  • Thank you for reporting it. I will look in to this as soon as possible.

The plugin didn’t work for me. I try to use it with custom post type, it appeared in the edit panel. I set the variables but they refresh after updating post. Version is 4.0.1

Edit: Sorry, it was my mistake. The situation is about server time. When i choose time according to the computer clock it means it has already passed.

If you have a look at my website you’ll see on the right hand side there is a tag cloud. Each time that the scheduler makes a change to a post it turns the tags into their numeric “slug” instead of keeping the tag name. I hope this helps 🙂

@iceberk Yes, if the time has passed it will not schedule a change. Don’t be sorry, I’m just glad to see people actually using the plugin 🙂

@cwhaskins It does help. I will try to create a patch for this in a couple of days. Thanks for helping me out.

@andreas, I’m glad I could give you some feedback. I’ll look forward to trying out the new version.

Also, if you are interested in creating another plugin that may be of use to folks. I’m looking for a plugin that will use a field or custom field such as a date and adjust the post status based on this date.

The purpose is to automatically move the post from certain sections into other sections of the website. In my case I’d like the post to move from “New” to “Current” to “Ending Soon” then to “Archived” based on the date I enter when I first create the post. Let me know if this can be done and we can make it so! 🙂

Just released version 1.0.4 which should fix this bug. Cross your fingers 🙂

About the plugin idea. Sounds interesting. If you contact me on andreas@farnstranddev.se we can continue the discussion there.
