We have a bilingual (WPML) site, and have set up different campaigns and templates for each language. English posts go out to the people who signed up for the English categories and the equivalent French posts go out to those who signed up on the French pages for the corresponding French categories.

It works fine when publishing the posts live, but it looks like it breaks if we schedule the publication of the post (En and Fr) for a later time or a different day. In those cases, the English post is sent to the English subscribers and so is the French post! The French subscribers receive nothing! Could you check and fix please?

    Thanks!
    Jane

    Hi Janeeha,

We have tried to replicate the issue but it looks like the scheduled posts are being sent to the respective lists of subscribers correctly.

Can you please check if the post notifications for French subscribers are being generated when French posts get published after scheduling them from Email Subscribers –> Reports?

Sorry to be slow. I do have screen shots of the report listing; easy to see the problem because the count for the English is much larger than the French.

When scheduled, the report shows the EN and FR posts each going to 59 people.

When not scheduled, the EN report says 59 people and the FR says 11.

I can send the screen shots if you like. Will put them into a word doc…

Here is a link to the document showing our setup and problem. WordPress, theme and Email subscribers plugin all up to date.

    Hi there,

We are really sorry for the delay in our response.

We are still not able to replicate the issue in our testing. Though we aren’t using WPML plugin in our testing, it should still work with it. We have attached screenshots taken during out testing here.

Can you please send the screenshot related to how French and English campaigns are configured? That would help us to replicate the issue at our end.

Let us know if you have any further queries.
