Can I have number of popups and show one of them on certain date range or certain days?
Example: from 1/10 to 3/10 I showing popup A, from 4/10 to 6/10 I showing pop B and from 7/10 to 10/10 I showing popup C?

Yes, you can achieve that as we have some basic code that will make one of your popups behave like a scheduled popup. I would now suggest checking out this documentation about Code Sample for Making a Scheduled Popup
