    Hi,

    I activated Dropbox sync and set up the schedule to daily.
    Nothing is happening though. Any idea how to troubleshoot that?

    Dropbox is linked, the folder is created in Dropbox but stays empty.

    I just don’t see any hint at all to figure out where to start.

    Has the scheduled backup started and failed to complete or it has not even started? Could you please clarify it?

    Sorry that I missed to answer yet, for some reason I do not get any notification emails although it is activated. I am already in contact with you guys about that via email.
