• Hello,

I have thousands of woocommerce_shiptastic_shipments_tracking scheduled Actions, but the Shiptastic Plug In is not installed. I don’t know where it comes from.

    Has anybody an idea?

    kind regards

    Cay

    Hi Cay,

are you using Germanized? Shiptastic is currently (still) bundled within Germanized (that will change starting with Germanized 4.0). You’ll need to make sure to disable all providers via WooCommerce > Settings > Germanized > Shiptastic > Shipping Providers. If you cannot access the settings, install Shiptastic, repeat the steps and disable the plugin afterwards. Seems like you’ve used/enabled one or more providers in the past (using the bundled version in Germanized).

Dear Dennis, thank you for the reply. Germanized is installed but not Shiptastic. I take a look on the Server and found two bundles shiptastic and shiptastic for dal. I think they are from the older germanized Version. Really strange that the Scheduled Actions still exist. I found these pending Actions because the page was slowing down in a massive way. Almost 90000 pending Actions exist. After deleting the “complete” Actions it was getting better. Later I found out that these Shiptastic pending Actions also exist: 36000. The timestamp was from the last days. Very strange behavior. They should fix it within Woocommerce Germanized.

    kind regards

    Hi Cay,

thank you for your explanations. I’ll have a look at it. Did you try it the way I mentioned, e.g. by:

    1. Installing Shiptastic so that you may access the settings via Germanized > Shiptastic > Shipping Providers
    2. Disable all shipping providers
    3. Delete Shiptastic

As explained before, currently Shiptastic is still bundled within Germanized – that’s why these actions are still triggered even though you may not have Shiptastic installed as a separate plugin.

    Best,
    Dennis

    Hi Dennis,

i also rename the shiptastic folder inside the germanized folder. But no I got an error. It is telling that the package is missing.

    Hi,

no, that won’t work. As stated, please try to do as follows:

    1. Install Shiptastic so that you may access the settings via Germanized > Shiptastic > Shipping Providers
    2. Disable all shipping providers
    3. Disable/Delete Shiptastic as a Plugin if you do not want to use it.

    Best,
    Dennis
