 * Hi,
 * I’m in the process of setting up the Square sync, both the manual and schedule
   sync was working. Now, the schedule no longer works. Manual sync is working as
   expected. I see the wc_square_sync hook is running every 15 minutes, completed
   successfully, but nothing gets updated.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 * Hi [@mwnets](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mwnets/),
 * I understand that you’re having trouble with the Square sync, specifically the
   scheduled sync. It’s great to hear that the manual sync is working as expected,
   but I understand how important it is for the scheduled sync to function correctly.
 * Can you clear any server-side caches and see if that helps? Some hosting providers
   have options for this in their control panel.
 * Also, can you check if disconnecting and reconnecting your Square account helps?
 * If this makes no difference, please can you share a copy of the following:
    - **System Status Report:** Navigate to **WooCommerce → Status**. Select **Get
      System Report** and then **Download for Support**.
    - **Fatal Error log:** Share a copy of any fatal error log found under **WooCommerce
      → Status → Logs**. (Make sure you have enabled debug mode in the Square setting.)
 * You could copy and paste your reply or share it via [Mozilla Community Pastebin](https://paste.mozilla.org/)
   and share the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you
   with a more accurate solution.
 * Looking forward to hearing from you!

 * Hi, thanks for the reply. I cleared the cache and disconnected and reconnected
   Square. Still not running.

 * Hi [@mwnets](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mwnets/),
 * Thanks for sharing the requested additional information.
 * From what I can see in the error log, everything is running smoothly. Each operation
   started and completed successfully, with the HTTP response code 200 indicating
   successful HTTP requests.
 * I’ve also checked your system status reports; everything appears to be in order.
   One suggestion is to increase the PHP Post Max Size from 256 MB to 2 GB and the
   PHP Time Limit from 120 to 1200. This could potentially improve sync performance.
 * However, could you also take a moment to check for any pending scheduled actions
   related to Square in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Pending?
 * Additionally, I recommend installing a plugin like [WP Crontrol](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/).
   This will help you ensure that the WP-Cron system is running smoothly.
 * In the meantime, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of
   the issue. More info: [https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/](https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)

 * I am unable to increase the PHP Post Max Size and PHP Time Limit myself, might
   have to contact my hosting company.
 * I checked the pending schedules and these 2 are on the list
 * wc_square_refresh_connection
 * wc_square_sync
 * Will try to run a conflict test tomorrow.
 * Thanks

 * Hi [@mwnets](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mwnets/),
 * That sounds like a plan. Please contact them and ask if they can make these changes
   for you. While you are in touch with your hosting support, ask them to check
   whether your site has any Cron issues or not.
 * The two pending schedules you’ve listed are normal for the Square integration.
   They help keep your connection with Square up-to-date and synchronize your products.
 * Please let us know the results when you can — looking forward to hearing from
   you!
