 * I am running the Weaver II theme
 * I schedule posts for a particular time and date but they do not publish at this
   time/date
 * The procedure I follow is
 * 1. create post
    2. save as draft 3. set schedule date/time 4. resave draft
 * Any suggestions as to what to do
