# Schedule doesn't display

 * I have created shows and added the shortcodes to the page and nothing appears.
   The timezone is set to 24:00 clock and the time zone city is set to New York.

 * It’d be easier and quicker to diagnose the problem if you gave us admin access.
   You can set us up with a temp account and send the info to support[@]ganddservices.

 * Unfortunately this is a university and security protocol doesn’t allow for outside
   access.
 * Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

 * Understood.
 * First on the “Display Options” section make sure you set display show images 
   to yes.
 * Set your date format to 02/09/2016
 * Try temporarily changing your theme to WordPress default Theme 2016 or 2015.
 * Check for conflicts in your admin with the plugin enabled if none try disabling
   your other plugins except JOAN then enable them one at a time each time checking
   to see if the problem fixes.

 * I tried your suggestion and nothing worked. The only thing that is working is
   the Off Air Message.
 * I don’t know if this matters but we are using WP Multisite.

 * The plugin was developed with single site use in mind and has never been tested
   with WP multisite.
