Schedule addon, periodically deletes meta dates and publishes old slides

    Sometimes all of my meta data for scheduled slides, just dissappears – and the slides come up on the frontpage –

    Have you heard of this before – it is a quite simple setup, and i see no reason that the meta data gets deleted?

    all of the slides loose their meta at the same time, and I have no idea why.

    Hi Stender 🙂

    I’m so sorry for any trouble, can you please use the Support link to work through any issues with the premium versions. You’ll just need to log in to your account to open the ticket.

    Soliloquy doesn’t delete data like that so it could be something else doing this but I’d be happy to have a look for you if you could open a ticket with support.

    Hi Akyusa01 –
    The thing is, that I took over this project, from another team –
    So I only have the license key, not the account.

    And I can’t seem to create a user in there 🙁

    Is there any other way to activate a user on the premium site?

    Hi @jesperstender 🙂

    You can always just click the Have a basic question on the form so you don’t need the account details and we can look up the account by license key then once you submit the form.
