Schedule a meeting

Hey,

I use WordPress with Buddypress and would like to have a function on my website to invite all members, or members of a particular group, to a meeting.

Would be great if it includes:
– a page to RSVP on.
– A calender on which you can lookup the details of the meeting
– Some custom fields to fill-in place and time and maybe a meeting agenda.

Does anyone have some tips for a plugin for me?
