    WordPress error:

    {“success”:true,”size”:”0 bytes”,”file_count”:0}

    shows on all-white page after 60-90 second browser time-out

    Occur when:
    1) “Scheduled cache preloading” is active
    2) “Update” button is clicked after making change on various plugins, such as updating a contact form on Contact Form 7 or updating a pricing rule on Varktech Pricing Deals.

    Deactivate “Scheduled cache preloading” on WP-Optimze Preload tab

    Can you please enable debug mode, Please add following lines to wp-config.php just before where it says: /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

    A debug.log file should be created inside wp-content folder, share the file with us.
