Scans showing ip-geo-block files as not recognized

    Hi there,

    Just wondering why shield scans are not recognising a whole load of files in ip-geo-block?

    For example:

    wp-content/uploads/ip-geo-api/index.php
    wp-content/uploads/ip-geo-api/maxmind/class-maxmind.php
    wp-content/uploads/ip-geo-api/maxmind/vendor/maxmind-db/reader/src/MaxMind/Db/Reader/Metadata.php
    wp-content/uploads/ip-geo-api/maxmind/vendor/geoip2/geoip2/src/Record/City.php
    wp-content/uploads/ip-geo-api/ip2location/IP2Location.php

    Do I just tell it to ignore these, is it a mistake, or is it an issue I need to take up with the ip-geo-block author?

    It’s an odd place to have the code stored, but not necessarily an issue. Shield just makes you aware of it, but if it’s meant to be there, that’s ok. Better check with the dev and see, it can do no harm. Then click to ignore as required.
