Helo @maxen92,
Looks like the max execution time is too low. Could you please increase it to 300 or 600 of you can and then give it a try? Here is an article which will help you increase the max execution time:
https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/increase-memory-limit/
Kindly refer the content under Edit your PHP.ini file & Edit your .htaccess file in the article. Do let me know if that works for you.
Thank you,

Hi,
that didnt work. It just stays longer at 99% and then the same error appears. It worthy to note that i host other websites at the very same hoster with the very same max_exectuion_time and also use the plugin there no problem. Is there anything else i can do or should i go for a different plugin?
Thanks.
Hi,
so apparently its a problem on your end. When logging during the SEO checkup, the following happened:
<?php die(); ?>
[2020-09-13 14:51:17][10] Setting up schedules
[2020-09-13 14:51:20][10] Sending start request to remote checkup service
[2020-09-13 14:51:20][10] Sending a remote request to [https://premium.wpmudev.org/api/seo-checkup/v1.1/start?domain=https%3A%2F%2Fmybusinesslooks.com] (start)
[2020-09-13 14:51:23][10] Checkup already in progress. Doing nothing.
[2020-09-13 14:51:30][10] Sending a remote request to [https://premium.wpmudev.org/api/seo-checkup/v1.1/result?domain=https%3A%2F%2Fmybusinesslooks.com] (result)
[2020-09-13 14:51:31][10] Setting up schedules
The link (https://premium.wpmudev.org/api/seo-checkup/v1.1/result?domain=https%3A%2F%2Fmybusinesslooks.com) with results contains the following information:
{“overall”:{“score”:0,”pcnt_complete”:100,”counts”:{“critical”:1,”warning”:0,”info”:0,”ok”:0},”is_complete”:true},”seo”:{“score”:0,”is_complete”:true,”pcnt_complete”:100,”is_plugin_installed”:false,”items”:{“error-starting-crawl”:{“type”:”critical”,”title”:”Error starting crawl”,”body”:”<div class=’report status critical’>
Scan timed out and was unable to complete.

”,”tooltip”:””,”class”:””,”fix”:””,”display_value”:””,”details”:””}},”error”:”<div class=’report status critical’>
Scan timed out and was unable to complete.

”,”ignored”:[],”counts”:{“critical”:1,”warning”:0,”info”:0,”ok”:0}},”checkup_url”:”https://mybusinesslooks.com/”}
so apparently the timeout happens on your end if i read that correctly?
Hi @maxen92
Thanks for sharing this but I’m afraid it doesn’t solve/help much. Timeout happens because something gets “stuck” or responds to long on the site end. This log only shows that communication with our API confirms timeout and that’s it.
You mentioned that you got other sites on the same server and there’s no issue with them. Are the configured in similar way to this one? Especially if it comes to any security tools/plugins?
I also, meanwhile, run similar scan directly from our end as it sometimes help to “unstuck” SEO Checkup so if you could check on your end again, it would be great.
Let me know about configuration and if checkup got “unstuck”, please
Kind regards,
Adam
