# Scan stop request received

 * I’ve tried it on all my site but non of the scans work – they all get “Scan stop
   request received” response.
 * Please help?

 * It sounds like the scan isn’t able to communicate with your site.
 * Let’s try this first, navigate to **Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostic > Debugging**
   and enabled **Start All Scans Remotely**. Then head back over to your scan page
   and CANCEL any current scans and start a NEW one.
