Scan not starting

    Opening wordfence/scan, click begining scan. I get a red background “wordfence is working” then – nothing.

    Checked the diagnostics page and found in “Connectivity – connecting back to your site –
    wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: infochalice.com<br />”

    Suggestions, please

    Hi @mistral7-wporg,

    When Wordfence kicks off a scan, the server connects to itself and sends itself a request.

    In your case it appears the host is unable to resolve your domain name, hence the connection issue.

    Please reach out to your hosting provider as this is a configuration issue at the server level.
