# Scan Issue

 * Hi, I have two sites – one of which is a Test/Development area and the other
   is the live site. Both have the same plugins/themes pretty much – including Yop
   Poll.
 * Recently, after an update to the plugin to take it to V6.1.5 the Wordfence scan
   has reported an issue with the files. I then reviewed all this and I was satisfied
   that it was some form of false positive so I elected to “mark as fixed”.
 * However, subsequent runs of the scan continue to report this same error and I
   have now marked as fixed several times but it still does the same thing.
 * Can you take a look at what this might be please? Not the biggest problem, but
   it is mildly irritating.
 * The rub is that the LIVE equivalent of this has the same version but does NOT
   report the error. My recollection is that the LIVE site DID report the error
   once bu the “mark as fixed” worked. BUT I CANNOT BE 100% on that as I have no
   evidence just a fading memory!
 * I attach the following files all called WF-YOP-2020-05-16-X **[Just noticed that
   I cannot add files. Give me an email and I can send]**
 * X=0 is the first file. This contains the scan results page showing that an issue
   was found today at 06:24.
 * X=1 is the second image and contains the results of hitting the VIEW DIFFERENCES
 * X=2 is the third file and shows that I have “fixed” the error
 * X=3 is the fourth and shows that a new scan has started
 * X=4 is the fifth file and shows the result of the scan is the SAME error.
 * X=5 is from the LIVE site (all above from the TEST site) and this shows the results
   of that scan show NO error.
 * So, to summarise:
 * LIVE – had issue once, marked as fixed now all OK
    TEST – has issue every scan.
   Mark as Fix appears to be ineffective.
 * Many Thanks
 * Wardy

 * Hey [@andyward75](https://wordpress.org/support/users/andyward75/),
 * When you click the Mark as Fixed button do you see any errors in the browser
   console? If so, can you please share a screenshot of them?
 * [https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/troubleshooting/#how-to-inspect-the-browser-console](https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/troubleshooting/#how-to-inspect-the-browser-console)
 * You can email the files to [wftest@wordfence.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/scan-issue-2/wftest@wordfence.com?output_format=md)
   if you’d like. Please title it attn:gerroald and update this thread in case there’s
   trouble receiving the email.
 * Thanks,

 * Hey Gerroald,
 * Thanks for the reply. The plugin released a new version today and so I updated
   it and rescanned. That appears to have fixed the problem now.
 * If it reappears then I will look at the console and raise a further issue with
   that info.
 * Cheers
