# Scan got stuck

 * Hi
    Scanning process got hanging at 3/14 and stayed there over night. Now it 
   seems to be doing it again. Is there way to get the scan through?

 * If the scan hangs after 10mn, you can stop it, there’s no need to wait longer
   than that.
    It could be due to a memory issue or a PHP time-out.

   Did you check the scanner’s log? Is there any error? -Did you put your WordPress
   into debugging mode, then try to start another scan and check the debug.log?
