Hello Wordfence,
In a scan it shows me there are 5 malicious files but NO details and how can I know if they are a false positive or not without more detail ? Also, it won’t let me delete the files either so how do I fix them if they are in fact malicious? No info on what ” Spam:HTML/pharmaspammetac.6109 ” is other than what you see below . . .

Does it also include the Filename path? Can you share a screenshot of the full message?

The first thing to do would be to inspect the file. If you haven’t written this text on your site it’s likely malicious. This is a match for scam pharmaceutical sites. Before you remove it please do make a backup just_in_case.

If you’re not comfortable with inspecting the file I can take a look for you. Please email it to wftest@wordfence.com. If you do please include your WordPress.org username and a link to this thread. Also, please update this thread in case the email is missed.

What happens when you try to delete the file? Do you get any errors either on the page or in the browser console?
