Hey @sansolo,
I can’t seem to find your Diagnostic report. Can you please try sending it again? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL
. Please include your WordPress.org username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.
Thanks,
Gerroald
@wfgerald thanks for getting back. I have just sent the report. Kindly help.
Hey @sansolo,
Thanks for resending the report. However, I don’t see anything glaring in it. I’m not sure Cloudflare is at fault, your configuration looks correct. Can you please take a look at the documentation below, work through the steps, then let me know if it helps?

Thanks,

@wfgerald thanks again. I have gone through all the steps in the article. It has not helped.
On the same hosting provider, I had a test installation that wasn’t integrated with CloudFlare and the scan ran without any issues.
The site in question has a large number of files uploaded by job seekers. Can that be an issue?
Hey @sansolo,
I’m currently looking through some older threads, my apologies for the delayed response.
I don’t believe your uploads can affect this.
Is your DNS stored on Cloudflare, or are you just using it as a CDN? Either way, can you try cycling through the How Does Wordfence Get its IPs to see if it helps?
In your test installation do you have the same plugins and theme enabled? Can you try checking for a conflict by disabling all other plugins and switching to a WordPress default theme?
To do so I recommend the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.
Thanks,
Gerroald
@wfgerald
hope you’re doing good.
I tried the Health Check & Troubleshooting. Thanks for the suggestion. It loaded a default theme and disabled all plugins. Then I activated WordFence and started a scan. Still same error.
