Hello, @srd75
Can you please email diagnostics over via Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send Report by Email to wftest at wordfence dot com and please put your forum username in the 2nd field there.
Please confirm here when those are sent and I’ll have a look for you.
Thanks,
Scott
Thanks, @srd75, and sorry for the delay.
I notice when I try to visit your site and append the following to the domain, I get the loopback address, which is likely causing the issue. You can test it for yourself by visiting your site at the following URL **yoursite**.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wordfence_testAjax
It should give a 200 response with WFSCANTESTOK displayed on the page if it is working correctly.
I would first try looking in the .htaccess file for anything causing issues there. If you rename the .htaccess entirely and try the above URL again, that will let you know if there is an issue there. Keep in mind, make backups of the files prior to changing them. It may also be a plugin conflict — I would check by deactivating All In One security first to see if there is any change at that point.
Have you made any changes in the /etc/hosts folder for the domain at all?
Thanks,
Scott

Thanks, Scott,
I now remember the wp-admin has a special link to avoid being redirected to the loopback address.
I’ve commented out that .htaccess rule and the Scan is running fine now.
Thank you,
Steve
