 * Hi,
 * Since migrating to new hosting, we receive:
 * > Scan Failed
   > The scan has failed to start. This is often because the site either
   > cannot make outbound requests or is blocked from connecting to itself. Click
   > here for steps you can try.
 * I’ve checked the page [https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/](https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/)
    1. We’ve tried starting scans remotely
    2. We have no under construction plugins
    3. /wp-admin is not password protected
    4. The table _wfStatus looks fine in phpMyAdmin
    5. /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php loads a 0
 * Not sure what else to try. Help appreciated.
 * Steve

 * Hi Steve (@srd75),
 * Could you please check the “_Wordfence –> Tools –> Diagnostics_” page to see
   if there are any errors showing?
 * Have you checked the _PHP_ logs?

 * Hi Yann,
 * The Diagnostics page is all green.
 * The error logs contains no errors and some PHP Notices, but nothing related to
   Wordfence.
 * Cheers,
    Steve

 * Hi [@srd75](https://wordpress.org/support/users/srd75/),
 * Could you please:
    - Go to the _Wordfence Tools_ page
    - Click the _Diagnostics_ tab
    - Hit the _Send Report by Email_ button
    - Send the report to _yann[at]wordfence[dot]com_
 * Also, on that same _Wordfence Tools_ page, scroll down to the “_Debugging Options_”
   section (bottom of the page) and tick the “_Enable debugging mode_” box –make
   sure to hit the “Save Changes” button.
 * Then run a new scan and once it stops, click the “Email Activity Log” link and
   please send it to the aforementioned address.
 * Make sure to disable the debugging mode after you’ve carried out the above steps.
 * Thank you.
