 * hi how do I fix this?
 * /ip-location-block/databases/IP2Location/IP2LOCATION-LITE-DB1.BIN’ does not seem
   to exist.

 * Did you downloaded the databases?
 * Please try to download the databases by navigating to the Download database button
   through: **Settings **> **IP Location Block** > **Local database settings**.
 * Let me know if that works.

 * Yes, I clicked download, but sometimes I notice it does not work and I get error
   message

 * 1. Can you verify that you have the PHP zip extension?
 * Please put a phpinfo.php file with
 * > <?php phpinfo(); ?>
 *  content inside and visit it (eg. [https://site.com/phpinfo.php](https://site.com/phpinfo.php))
 * You should see something like this:
    [https://prnt.sc/1z2ukjm](https://prnt.sc/1z2ukjm)
 * 2. Can you make sure your disk space is not reached?
    3. Can you also check the
   permissions?
