I was excited to learn the other day that you’re taking your website scan tool to the next level. I’m happy to sign up for that with my e-mail, too.
However, now every single site in my portfolio requires a unique sign-up (I checked, they all get different API keys). I’ve signed up for 8 sites so far with my main e-mail address and I’m getting each e-mail from the onboarding campaign 8 times now. I can’t unsubscribe either because then I get 0, I mean it’s all the same e-mail address.
Isn’t there a way to just sign up once and then connect all sites in my portfolio to that account? Or at least, is there a way to sign up e.g. 25 sites and then unsubscribe from the newsletter 24 times so I don’t get the same e-mails over and over again?

Sure! So far, I’ve installed the latest Complianz version on the following websites and I went through the popup prompt asking me to sign up with my e-mail address.
Thank you for providing us with the sites and the screenshot. We are working on understanding how to address this issue. Have you used the same email to sign up for both the Premium and Free Complianz versions?
To clarify, I don’t have a premium Complianz account (yet). I am using the free version on a few dozen websites. After one of the recent plugin updates, the following prompt appears:
This is where I always enter my e-mail address, every time I run the update on any of my websites. So every time on every website, I put the exact same address into that prompt. Then, a few more prompts appear: Terms and Conditions, tips and tricks + privacy/DPA, suggested additional plugins.
What then happens is that Complianz connects that website and then starts sending out those onboarding e-mails to my address.
So if I sign up 10 websites, I get the onboarding messages 10 times. If I sign up another two, I get the onboarding messages two more times.
The problem is that this is the only e-mail address I use for these kinds of sign-ups and I don’t want it to get flooded with the same e-mails over and over.
Awesome, thanks! I have to admit I have meanwhile unsubscribed from the mailing list, so right now I’m not getting any e-mails. I will re-subscribe and keep an eye on it.
