 * Woah, I can’t scan because I keep getting told to resume the installation but
   I have no idea what to do to resume the installation, I keep going around in

 * It sounds like possible you haven’t optimized the firewall yet.

 * If this doesn’t fix your issue, could you screenshot the exact error you are 
   seeing and post it here?
