I am deeply troubled by the actions of Elementor in regard to my subscription. Approximately a year ago, I purchased a subscription and used it for a single month for a project. Subsequently, I canceled my subscription as the project concluded. To my dismay, I recently discovered an unauthorized charge on my account for a subscription renewal.Your team cited the presence of the “auto-renewal” feature as the reason for this unexpected charge. While I understand that this feature exists, it was never my intention to continue the subscription beyond that initial month of usage. I feel that this renewal occurred without my explicit consent, leaving me feeling taken advantage of and frustrated.Return back my money.
