Scam like operation, no help from support

    After setting up the account, and going through all the checks, we uploaded a small amount to the ads account, and the following days the woocommerce store forgot the connection, and beacuse they don’t ask for an email at the registration, you end up loosing the account.

    This is a bug, a business email should be the first to ask when you creat an account.

    Hi @sorosalmos – what do you mean by the WooCommerce store forgot the connection? I can help you recover the right ad account, as we do require an email address for ad account registration. Do you mind providing your WooCommerce shop domain?

    Hi @danieldecorla. So the shop could redirect to the tiktok business account and the second day that redirection was gone. I think the store connection was broken. Site domain: patikatt.hu

    Is there any way to find the prevous ad accounts in our database? Thanks for your help.
