    No E-Mail Support. Only support through tickets what is ok. BUT if you don´t type all informations into the ticket, INCLUDING YOUR ADMIN OR FTP ACCOUNT to your WP they will charge you 39€ per each missed information in the ticket! This means by fact NO SUPPORT! Even if you paid for the pro version. But to go there you have to agree that your storno right ist deleted. But you need support because the doku is so poor. And if you try to dispute at PayPal, the plugin-publisher will charge you 79€, “as agreed in terms and conditions”… So this is all legal but imagine the mindset of these guys…
    Over all this are very bad people with a very bad mindset and I don´t want them to be part of my projects. I deleted the plugin. Have fun with my money!
    UPDATE: You´d better try “CM Tooltip Glossary” from CreativeMinds. This is what I use now. Good people, good plugin!
