    Message from developer after purchase but prior to activating :

    Unfortunately, since you haven’t activated your PDF Embedder account, our system will delete it in the next 24 hours.

    The only reason I’m sending you this email is because you created your account but you haven’t activated it yet.

    This is ridiculous – deleted it.

    Hi @btoole,

    Sorry about the confusion regarding that email. It isn’t a scam but our attempt to safeguard our customers. We want to make sure that when an account is created using someone’s email address, that there actually is a person behind it and not some bot or other malicious use of that address! I will pass along your feedback so we can get the messaging on that email adjusted to eliminate that confusion going forward.

    Following up on this :

    `Well, I’m sorry but this is just nonsense. Suppose I buy a sweater and take it home and put in a drawer. Seller contacts me and says you have to wear it in public and if not contract of sale is deleted and said sweater disappears.

    You simply do not have the right to tell me what to do after the purchase is made. Since you seem to have a different opinion on the matter I would ask that you refund the purchase price asap. If you do not I will contact the credit card company and request a charge back.

    btw I deleted the app in question.`

    Haven’t heard from them and no refund.

    Is it a scam ? Yup……

    Hi @btoole,

    We have not received a request for a refund. Please send an email to contact@wp-pdf.com with the email address you used so we can initiate a refund. We do have a money-back guarantee that we stand behind, but can not do so if we do not have a submitted request for the same.
