Thanks for using Optimole and reaching out.
We have checked your case and it looks like this issue appears because your site is password protected and Optimole needs access first in order to download the images then Optimize and serve them properly, so looks like you need to whitelist requests with User Agent: Optimole(1.0) and images should start being served by Optimole.
Can you please try whitelisting the requests and see if it solves the issue?
and can you also provide us the url of the page where the following image is?

Hi it is really weird cause this was the only image that was not processed.
The site doesn’t have a password but it has a firewall against attacks and i couldn’t notice any blocked request.
What I did to solve it was delete the original image and leaving the scaled image only and then restore the original image afterwards.
After that the image was replaced by the one processed by Optimole
I really didn’t get what went wrong.
