The css scale only may affect on the text layers, while it has no affection on the images, so by saying not responsive do you mean the text or the images as well, we will be much thankful if you send us your site link with the plugin and we will quickly check it.
Sometimes before rating a simple contact to the plugin support may help more than just a single review
That would the plugin could be called “Responsive…”, it is necessary to support font sizes for mobile and tablet devices.
