    Hello,

I’ve been having issues with noticeably blurry/low quality images when Optimole is enabled with ‘Scale images & lazy load’ also enabled. This applies to all images on the site (thumbnails, logos, images on PDP, etc).

I’m not sure why this is occurring as everything seems to be configured correctly. The only way I can get the image quality to return is to disable ‘Scale images & lazy load’ (have tried lowering the compression quality, clearing caches, regenerating Elementor files etc.) but I’d like to be able to use the lazyload functionality for the speed benefits it provides.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @fizzers,

    Thank you for using Optimole.

This issue could be caused by duplicate lazy-loading functionality. Please disable other lazy-loading functionalities that you already have (most likely in other caching plugins) and try to check again, images should load properly. Duplicating lazy-loading functionality usually causes such issues with images not loading properly.

Let us know if that helps, thanks!

Hi @bvytis, this is something I looked into as I saw it on other support threads, but we don’t have any plugins that provide lazy-loading functionality.

Could you please activate lazy-loading functionality again now so we can check how it loads on your website? (I see that it’s disabled now)

    Thanks!

Hi @bvytis, I’ve reactivated the lazy-loading functionality now if you’re able to take a look.

    Thanks

    Hi @fizzers,

Thank you. I’ve checked the website but actually, I see images in much better quality with Optimole enabled somehow compared to when lazy-loading is disabled.

    The website with Optimole enabled:

    The website with Optimole disabled:

Are you seeing it differently? I’m using the Chrome browser, by the way.
