Scalable Header Image

Hello, I cannot figure out how to make the header image scale with the screen size so that the whole header image can be seen on all devices.

I have seen a lot of posts about this topic but I cannot find an answer that works with this theme and I am not very good with css.

I am pretty sure you have to edit something in custom-header.php

Please help!!
