Says the parent theme is missing but it's not missing!

    I have paid for and downloaded the Genesis framework and the child theme “Fun” both from StudioPress. I successfully installed the Genesis framework and activated it. However, when I try to install the child theme I get this message:

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    Fun WordPress Theme The parent theme is missing. Please install the “genesis” parent theme.

    I know nothing about coding and am very new to all of this so I really need and appreciate the help!

    You’ll really need to ask StudioPress for help – they have great support for their commercial themes (which aren’t supported here).
