    We recently updated the plugin with many changes to the dashboard, introduced new chat themes, reports and 7 days free trial on paid plans.

    Please use the latest version of the plugin, login and proceed with the setup. ClickDesk the ‘install plugin’ green button in the ‘Departments section’.

    Now, in you Gtalk IM, send /ClickDesk message to livechat1 contact to get verified. Once verified, ClickDesk appears online on your website as you stay logged in your Gtalk.
