# saving widgets

 * I drag widgets over to the side bar in “Appearance”.
    They looks good until I
   leave the appearance page. They are gone when I return to the page.
 * What do I need to do to save the widgets?

 * if you’re using the latest version of WP, 2.8.4, it will automatically save the
   widgets.
 * so make sure you’re up to date.
