[Resolved] Saving Widgets in Sidebar

    Hi,

    thanks for your consideration

I’ve been trying to add new Widgets to my sidebars and they won’t save. I drag them, drop them, and press the ‘save’ button, but all that happens is the circle turns endlessly and the new widgets never save.

It does not matter what physical computer I use or what browser the new widgets just don’t save.

Thanks in advance for any insight you may be able to give,

Hi folks, I found a work around by changing the screen accessibility. Now I can update it fine. weird.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
