# Saving Problem

 * I am having the same problem. When I use the private link or the admin to update
   a participants record. It says that it is saved but then when I look at the record
   again, none of the information I entered is saved.

 * It looks like WordPress didn’t have sufficient permissions to write to the file.

 * oh ok thanks, what files in particular would I need to change permissions on.
   I have not changed anything so not sure why that would happen. thanks very much
   for your help Shelley
