I saw on a video that there is supposed to be a “save draft” button but on my version, there is no such option. Should I upgrade to 3.8 and will the save draft function be there? Thanks for any help. So I assume that all I need to do is hit the UPGRADE NOW to 3.8 button? If the post you are creating is not finished you can save it as a draft. If you don’t see the button then check drop menu of SCREENOPTIONS. You may have that Publish tab turned off. Turn it on and then make sure your publish toggle is on. In Posts, when I click Screen Options, all I see is this: Show on screen Author Categories Tags Comments Date * All of those are checked. I do not see anything about saving as a draft. * Also, I do not understand what you are talking about when you say: under the SCREENOPTIONS make sure you have 2 columns checked not just 1… * Sorry for seeming so DUMB but I just do not see what you say I should see.
