  • I have the exact same problem, any luck to fix that yet?

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    yes I did today !!
    using the fix-nextgen-lightbox-path.php script
    but the php had to be changed for each lightbox type (none, lightbox, fancybox, highslide, shutter, shutter2, thickbox) for each one run change the post_title in line 33 to the lightbox type then run the first time and check all the value printed which include the old site path and fix them (with the MAKE_CHANGES_TO_SITE set to false), in example for the lightbox I added

    $data->css_stylesheets = $base_url . '/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/lightbox/static/jquery.lightbox/jquery.lightbox-0.5.css';
    	$data->scripts = $base_url . '/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/lightbox/static/jquery.lightbox/jquery.lightbox-0.5.min.js';
    	$data->guid = $base_url . '/?p=12803';

    then run the script with the MAKE_CHANGES_TO_SITE set to true.

    not simple at all! it seems t be a known problem but I did not found a simplest solution for this.

    I just did a rollback to pre-ver2.

    I also have issue that sometimes deleting image will leave behind missing img icon on the page, and some thumbnails just stubbornly refused to update and keep giving me odd-size thumb that doesn’t align well with some other photo. Not to mention that i still have to fix that shadowbox.js implementation. Too bumpy for now.

    i am having a problem with this gallery and i am confused as to how to apply the fix.

    i am using fancybox as the lightbox option.

    I wonder how the information is stored cos for some reason it works offline via xampp but not on my hosting space and I can’t change the settings because it gives me the page not found error.
