Savind data to a unique table

Ok i have a site on this site i need that the users would be to send information, storage the info but not post it unless the admins approve it. I think that this data should be on it own table but i don’t know ho to do so.

is it better to have a different database for this? how can i let users upload their info whitout register to the wordpress site, i mean is this the only way or is there another?
