  • Hi, we followed all instructions and forum help we found. Also saved permalinks. When we enter a shift and save it the preview shows everything except the time we selected when the shift should start and when it should end. Therefore no shift shows up in the calendar and no email is sent out to the employee. Can you help us with that problem?
    could that be a caused by non US time or language differences?

  • hi, the same thing happens to me too, clean installation, only this plugin to test the functionality, but when you create a new job and you publish the selected dates and times are deleted.

    I am releasing a new version of the plugin this week that should fix these issues.

    Many thanks for the update. We can now create shifts and emails are sent out. The staff can also login and fill in expenses etc. The only thing now is that the master calendar and the personal calendar are not shown anymore. A blank page appears there. We tried chrome and edge. We also saved the permalinks. Is there any known issue?

    Uh oh, sorry to hear you are just seeing a blank page! I’m not seeing this issue on other sites. It is possible that there is a browser cache problem – have you tried viewing it in a browser that has never visited the site before? Do you know how to view your browser’s JavaScript console? If so, do you see any errors there? If not, can you send an email to support@shiftee.co with the URL of your site, and we can troubleshoot from there?
